Radical Middle Way (CIC) is offering an internship for new entrants to the moving image industry. Applicants need to show dedication towards excellence, able to cope with the advances in the industry and commitment towards the ethos and goals of RMW which is an equal opportunities employer.

Details: We are seeking energetic and creative production enthusiast to assist in all media departments from pre-production, assisting with camera, sound and lights in events, to post production including editing, colour grading as well as compositing. Our company creates high quality content for web. We have a love for production and have a lot of fun throughout the process and seek similar interns, well acquainted with moving images production, that are passionate to learn from and work with the other creative minds as well as assisting with tasks across the company.
Requirements: Our ideal intern would ideally be a Film or Media student with some experience of Final Cut Pro or Premier Pro. She/he must show enthusiasm for film/video production and willingness to learn as much as contribute in an environment that thrives on innovation and imagination.
Internship Duties: You will have the opportunity to see a production go from concept through to delivery to the web. We can give you experience in all areas of a production, some of these include:
Filming and production co-ordination
Basic editing
Transcriptions
Photography
Camera work
Editing
2D and 3D motion graphics
Colour Grading
Remuneration: This is an unpaid internship however reasonable travel and lunch costs will be reimbursed.
